Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for the digital services provided by Ocean of Digital.
Order Cancellation
For services such as "AI Business Analysis" or "Custom AI Solution Development," you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided that the service has not yet commenced.
The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date of purchase.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can do so by contacting us via e-mail at oceanofdigitalinfo@gmail.com.
Refunds
If you cancel your order within the 7-day period and the service has not begun, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Once a digital service has been fully or partially delivered, or once work has commenced on a custom solution, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of digital services, we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
- The service has already been performed or delivered.
- You have accessed or downloaded digital materials provided as part of the service.
- The cancellation request is made after the 7-day period has expired.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the request does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Domain Sale
The sale of the "OceanOfDigital.com" domain, brand assets, and associated social media accounts is final and non-refundable once the transfer of ownership is complete. All such sales are conducted through Escrow.com to ensure security for both buyer and seller, and their terms of service will apply.
